The delivery time is indicated in the shopping cart under each shipping method.
Packages not collected
If you have selected "Letter/Parcel" as your shipping method, depending on the size, the shipment will be delivered either directly in your mailbox or can be picked up from the postal service provider. The post office keeps the shipment available for four weeks. Unpicked goods are returned to us. Returns
Returns are made at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as letters or parcels, not for cash on delivery. In case of exchange, we will pay the new shipping from us to you.
